Description

Communications giant O2 were opening their new flagship store in Westfield Stratford. The store is broken out into zones with the purpose of demonstrating a different feature of O2’s offerings in each zone. Our challenge was to create two large window displays and design engaging zones that were less about selling and more about experience.

Launch

For the launch we had free coffee, a live DJ and guest appearance of Dermot O’Leary. To encourage customers to explore the store, we gave out ‘Priority Passports’. Customers scanned the QR codes on each section and were given letters to a word they could use to redeem a prize.

Virgin window

In addition to the O2 zones, I also created a window display for Virgin Media. The idea was to create a visual of content blocks tumbling out of a large lightbox. The boxes were a mix of static and animated, including an animated Spongebob cube with moulded plastic arms and legs.
